Juvéderm®

Juvéderm®, by the makers of Botox® Cosmetic, is one of our premier dermal fillers. Juvéderm® contains hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring molecule in the body. HA is responsible for giving skin a youthful and refreshed look. With age, the amount of HA diminishes. Juvéderm® can restore HA to the face, giving a healthier, younger appearance.

Juvéderm® is the only hyaluronic acid filler that is FDA approved to last up to a full year with a single treatment. The unique gel-like formula of Juvéderm® gives smooth, natural looking results. Juvéderm® is also the first HA filler to be proven safe and effective for persons of color with no increased risk of hyperpigmentation or hypertrophic scarring.

Prevelle® Silk

Prevelle® Silk is another type of hyaluronic acid dermal filler that we use at Oregon Aesthetics. Compared to Juvéderm®, Prevelle® Silk contains a lower concentration of hyaluronic acid, making it ideal for first time patients or patients who need touch ups or micro-treatment.

While the effects of Prevelle® Silk can last from three to six months, some patients may require an additional treatment or touch-up one to two weeks following the injection to achieve the desired result.
